Hi! My name is Alyson and I am a Registered Dietitian 🍎 I am currently working as the Director of Dietetics for CoreLife Delmarva, and I love helping my patients reach their weight loss goals in a natural way (through healthful eating and physical activity)!

For as long as I can remember I’ve always loved to cook - and eat! I’ve also always been great at cooking tasty foods, but they weren’t always the healthiest.

As I began my journey as a nutritional professional, I realized just how big of a role food plays in our overall health! I began looking for healthier recipes online, but I found most of them to be boring and unappealing. As I began to experiment more in the kitchen, I found that I was able to create healthy meals that were delicious and much more exciting than the bland recipes online!

My goal through this page is to share the recipes that I meal prep each week, to show that eating healthy doesn’t have to just be grilled chicken with broccoli for every meal. Eating nutritious meals can still feel like eating your favorite comfort foods, without the all the guilt 😋
