ALL-IN-ONE BREAKFAST CUPS ๐Ÿณ









I always eat breakfast on the go, so lately Iโ€™ve been experimenting with things that are easy and portable ๐ŸŽ’ These all-in-one breakfast cups are the perfect way to get a full well-balanced breast in one little portable package!


Servings: 3 (1 serving = 1 egg cup) *I broke down the serving per egg cup to make things easier - I ate 2*

Calories per serving: 140 cal

Protein per serving: 14 g

Carbs per serving: 8 g


Ingredients:

1 slice whole wheat bread

3 eggs

3 Tbsp reduced fat cheddar cheese

6 slices low sodium ham

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp black pepper


Directions:

1.ย ย Preheat oven to 400 degrees and gather muffin pan. Use a jar (or something else round) to cut out the center of the bread and place in muffin pan. Take the rest of the bread and make it โ€œroundโ€ and stuff it into the bottom of the muffin slots. (Pics included)

2. Fold ham slices in half 2 times (lengthwise) to make strips, and line them around the round edge of the muffin slots.ย 

3. Sprinkle cheese into each muffin slot and then crack 1 egg into each. Top with spices and place in oven for 15 mins. Remove from oven, let cook, and enjoy!ย ๐Ÿ˜‹
