This Big Mac Bowl was inspired by one of my patients who made something similar! I love burgers (I mean who doesn’t?) but I find it hard to fit them into my nutrition goals often 😕 This twist on a classic favorite allows you to have all the flavor and comfort of a regular burger, without making you feel terrible afterward! 🥰 Scroll down to see how this can make a great meal prep for lunch! 🐶 Also peep my faithful kitchen helper Lexi eyeing this deliciousness 😂💕 Servings: 6 Calories per serving: 353 cal Protein per serving: 33 g Carbs per serving: 18 g Ingredients: 1 white onion (chopped) 1 lb ground turkey 1 lb lean ground beef 1 Tbsp steak seasoning 1 head cabbage (sliced) 1 tsp olive oil 1 cup shredded low fat cheddar Dickle slices to taste Sesame seeds to taste

Sauce Ingredients: 1/2 cup light mayonnaise 6 slices dill pickle (chopped fine) 2 tablespoon Yellow mustard 1 teaspoon White wine vinegar 1 teaspoon Paprika 1 teaspoon Onion powder 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Directions: 1. Spray pan with olive oil, add onions and sauté over medium heat until onions are transparent (not all the way done). Then add ground turkey and beef to pan and cook (stirring constantly) for 10-15 mins until fully cooked. 2. Add steak seasoning to meat and stir well. Remove from pan and set aside. 3. Add 1 tsp olive oil and chopped cabbage to same pan that meat was in, and cook over medium heat for about 10 mins until cabbage is tender 4. While cabbage is cooking, combine sauce ingredients, whisk throughly, and set aside 5. When cabbage is finished, spoon 1/6 cabbage into bowl, top with 5.5 oz meat, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, add pickle slices, add sauce, and finish by sprinkling some seasame seeds on top! Enjoy 😋
