I can’t get over how EASY this pasta salad is to make! I actually was able to slip home to make & eat this recipe during my 30-min lunch break 🕒 We both loved it so much that Austin has requested this to be a staple in our fridge at all times 😂 - as you can probably tell by the pic, he loved it 😍

Banza pasta is made from chickpeas, which makes it higher in protein & fiber and a little lower in carbs than regular pasta 🍝 but the best part is... it tastes exactly the same! 😄

📸 I also gave my mom the recipe a little early to make for my family, and now they’re all hooked. Soon you will be too! 🤗

Protein per serving: 19g

Carbs per serving: 38g (6g fiber)

Fat per serving: 12g

8 oz box Banza rotini

4 oz turkey bacon (cooked and crumbled)

1 cup cherry tomatoes (halves)

2 cups raw baby spinach

1/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup light mayonnaise

1/3 packet of dry ranch seasoning

1. Boil pot of water on stove, then add pasta. Cook for 8-10 mins until al dente. While pasta is cooking, cook turkey bacon in pan and crumble. Remove stems from spinach and cut leaves in half, and halve cherry tomatoes.

2. When pasta is done, drain and rinse under cook water. Add pasta, turkey bacon, spinach, tomatoes, yogurt, mayo, and dry ranch to a large bowl to mix. Then enjoy! 😋
