Buffalo chicken dip is always a Super Bowl favorite! Traditional recipes call for lots of mayonnaise, fatty cheeses, and ranch dressing which can really interfere with your personal nutrition goals. This dip is a lighter, hand held version of a classic favorite that definitely won’t leave your guests disappointed! 😍 This recipe is so quick and easy; you can put the whole thing together in about 15 mins 🕒 Servings: 15 (1 serving = about 6 celery sticks) Calories per serving: 96 cal Protein per serving: 9 g Carbs per serving: 3.6 g Ingredients: 3 chicken breasts (cooked and shredded) 1 block light cream cheese 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce 2 oz shredded cheddar cheese 1 packet dry ranch seasoning 2 packages of celery 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles Directions: 1. In a slow cooker on high (or in a pot over stove top on low heat) combine cooked chicken, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, and dry ranch and stir well. Cover with lid and let cook for ~10 mins until cheese are melted 2. While dip is cooking, wash celery and cut into 3 to 5 inch chunks 3.
