This super delicious meal was inspired by one of my patients. She loves cheeseburger meatloaf and eats it often, but it’s not always the healthiest choice. I decided to try a healthier version so I subbed ground turkey instead of ground beef to save on fat and used oats instead of bread crumbs for a boost of fiber! This was so quick to put together and tastes amazing 🥰 Servings: 6 Calories per serving: 184 cal Protein per serving: 20 g Carbs per serving: 10 g Ingredients: 1.1 lb ground turkey 1/2 cup old fashioned oats 1/4 cup skim milk 2 eggs 2 tbsp ketchup 2 tbsp relish (optional) 1 Tbsp mustard 1 tbsp Montreal steak seasoning 2 tsp onion powder

Directions: 1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees 2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl 3. Spread mixture into a 9x11 loaf pan and bake in oven for ~60 mins (until internal temperature is 160 degrees) 4. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 mins. Enjoy! 😋
