Austin and I love the breakfast burritos from Wawa, but they’re around 740 calories 😵 This morning I tried to attempt a much healthier version, and they tasted even better than the ones from Wawa (Austin said so)! I had a few requests to share this recipe after I posted it on Snapchat, so here it is 🤗 Servings: 1 Calories per serving: 374 cal Protein per serving: 25 g Carbs per serving: 18 g Ingredients: 1.5 oz turkey sausage (already cooked) 1 scrambled egg 1/4 cup diced bell peppers 1 clove garlic 1/3 tomato 1/2 tbsp chipotle sauce 1 Carb smart tortilla 1/8 cup shredded cheddar

Directions: 1. Chop bell pepper (I pre-chop fresh bell peppers and freeze them to add to recipes like this). Mince garlic and add garlic and peppers to pan over medium-high heat and sauté for 5 mins 2. Chop sausage, scramble egg, and add to the pan with peppers and garlic. Let cook for 4 mins, then add chopped tomato and cheese to pan. 3. Once cheese is melted, transfer mixture into bowl. Scoop mixture onto 1/2 tortilla, drizzle with chipotle sauce, and fold in half. 4. Spray pan with a little olive oil, and place tortilla in pan. Cook on both sides until the tortilla is a little browned and enjoy! 😋
