16 oz boneless skinless chicken or turkey 2 stalks celery

1 carrot

1/2 yellow onion

1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

1/3 cup light mayo

1/2 Tbsp lemon pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste


1. Chop veggies finely and make sure to shred chicken (or turkey) well. Then mix all ingredients in a bowl, serve, and enjoy! 😋
