📮Well you guys voted OVERWHELMINGLY for this recipe to be posted first, so by popular demand here it is! Austin’s favorite Health_full Cravings recipe is the Creamy Jalapeño Chicken, while one of mine is the Creamy Pork Taquitos... so this week I decided to combine our two favorites 🌶🐔 + 🐷🌯 = 😍

Simple ingredient swaps and adjusting portion sizes of ingredients can go a LONG way with improving the nutrition of your food, without sacrificing any flavor! 😋

14 oz cooked and shredded chicken

4 oz reduced fat cream cheese

1/3 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

4 oz turkey bacon (cooked and crumbled)

2 Tbsp juice from jalapeño jar

1/4 cup diced jalapeños

1/2 cup light shredded cheddar (divided)

1 Tbsp everything bagel seasoning

6 carb balance wheat tortillas


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine chicken, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, turkey bacon, jalapeño juice, diced jalapeños, 1/4 cup shredded cheddar, and everything bagel seasoning in large bowl.

2. Spray 1 side of each tortilla with olive oil spray, then flip over. Spread 1/6 of chicken mixture into each tortilla (on the non-oiled side) and roll up tight. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 8 mins until tortillas are browned.

3. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup cheese over top, then put back in the oven for 1-2 mins. Top with sliced jalapeños if desired and enjoy! 😋
