If you’re looking for a meal that you can serve a dozen ways, this one’s for you! 📝✅ I threw this together pretty quick, all with ingredients I had lying around the house 👍🏼 You can put this on top of brown rice (like I did), with a side of veggies, over pasta, or even over tortilla chips like nachos! (Like I did for lunch today) 🍴
