I promise after this week I’ll take a break from the 2 ingredient dough 😂🤷🏼‍♀️ After having a quite eventful last week, I was really in need of some comfort food. One of my favorites growing up was the chicken pot pie that my mom used to make 🥧 I used my favorite easy dough recipe and some ingredients I had laying around the house to make this super simple version of my favorite comfort foods 😋 Also had to use a cake pan because I didn’t have a pie pan 😅

2 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt

2 cups all purpose flour

3 tsp baking powder

12 oz cooked chicken (shredded)

2 cans light cream of chicken soup

1/2 can peas

1 bag frozen mixed vegetables

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 egg

Salt and pepper to taste

1. Preheat oven to 380 degrees. Prepare 2-ingredient dough by mixing Greek yogurt, flour, and baking powder and roll into circle shape, and cut in half. Then roll each half flat with rolling pin.

2. In a bowl, mix chicken, cream of chicken soup, peas, frozen vegetables, garlic & onion powder, and salt and pepper in a bowl.

3. Spray pan with olive oil spray, then line with 1/2 the dough. Spoon filling into pan on top of crust, then top with other 1/2 crust. Cut a star shape in the center to let steam out. Scramble egg in a cup and and brush on top of pie, then place in oven.

4. Bake pie for ~25 mins until top is golden. Cut into 9 pieces, and enjoy! 😋
