High-Fiber Breakfast Smoothie ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿฅฌ๐Ÿฅ›




๐Ÿง Looking for an easy breakfast that you can have on the go?? ๐Ÿš— This recipe is so quick and easy when Iโ€™m about to run out the door for work - itโ€™s one of my go-toโ€™s! ๐Ÿ’Š It gives me so many different vitamins and minerals from the fruit and spinach and provides 14g fiber!! (For reference, thatโ€™s 2/3 of my recommended fiber for the day)๐Ÿ˜ฑ It also contains 20g natural protein to keep me full, and slows the digestion of carbs to give me a slow and steady stream of energy (no spike and crash!) ๐Ÿคฉ

Calories per serving: 315

Protein per serving: 20g

Carbs per serving: 59g (14g fiber!)

Fat per serving: 1g


Ingredients:

1 cup frozen blueberries

1/2 banana

1 handful of spinach

1/2 cup Vanilla nonfat Greek yogurt

1/4 cup skim milk

(Add a little ice if you want!)


Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, pour in a cup, then go and enjoy! ๐Ÿ˜‹
