🏡 Since staying home more, I’ve been craving ALL the comfort foods 🤤 Hamburger Helper was always one of my favorite dinners growing up, and since I haven’t had it in years I wanted to make some at home! 🤔 This meal is perfect for “home meal prep” - which is basically just normal meal prep while we’re all stuck at home 😂 Preparing meals ahead of time helps keep me from getting too hungry (and then eating way too much and feeling like crap 🥴) and helps me stay on track with my nutrition goals! 💪🏼🥦
