I don’t always want “breakfast food” for breakfast 🙅🏼‍♀️ Half the time I’m craving pizza for breakfast, but I don’t really want to start out my day with such a greasy meal  to make me feel bad 🤢 I went out on a limb this morning and tired a pizza omelette to hit my pizza craving, with much more protein to keep me full 💪🏼 It turned out even better than expected (this recipe is also Austin-approved) ✅ Try this recipe next time you want to shake up your breakfast routine!

Calories per serving: 209 cal

Protein per serving: 19 g

Carbs per serving: 3 g


2 eggs

1 tsp oregano

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/4 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese

~8-9 slices turkey pepperoni

1/2 Tbsp pizza sauce (or marinara if you’re in a pinch!)

Olive oil spray


1. In a bowl, combine eggs, oregano, and pepper and whisk well. Spray pan with olive oil spray and place over medium-high heat. Pour in egg mixture (you want to try to make it a circle). 

2. Place pepperoni and 1/2 mozzarella cheese  on one side of egg mixture. Cook for ~4 mins, then fold eggs in half. 

3. Cook on one side for ~2 mins, then flip. Spread pizza sauce on top and sprinkle remaining half of mozzarella cheese. Cook for an additional 2 mins, then remove from pan and enjoy! 😋
