👻 Happy (almost) Halloween everyone! 🎃 🍬 If you’re looking for the perfect sweet snack to take to a Halloween party, or even just to keep in the fridge throughout the week, then look no further! ✅ These energy balls can be made with ingredients that you normally keep around the house 🏡 They have lots of healthy fat to keep you full, and are a great source of carbs to give you a quick, natural energy boost 🏃🏼‍♀️

Servings: 13 (serving = 2 energy balls)

Calories per serving: 252

Nutrients per serving: 4g protein, 39g carbs, and 9g fat


1.5 cups old fashioned oats

1/2 cup peanut or almond butter

1/2 cup pumpkin purée 

1/4 cup chia seeds

1/4 cup honey

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1/2 cup chocolate chips


1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Roll into small balls and refrigerate for at least 1 hour and enjoy 😋 That’s it!
