This week’s recipe is a simple snack! I needed something really easy this week, because I was sick with the flu 🤒 This hummus can be completely assembled in 2 mins and tastes so great! It’s a great snack to bring to work or anywhere on the go 🚗

Servings: 6

Calories per serving: 69 cal

Protein per serving: 4 g

Carbs per serving: 11 g


1 can garbanzo beans

2 Tbsp hot sauce

1 tsp dry ranch seasoning

2 cloves garlic 

1 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp onion powder

2 Tbsp water


1. Assemble all ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth. That’s it, enjoy! 😋
