STEAK FAJITAS ๐ŸŒฎ



Fajitas are a super tasty way to get your protein and vegetables all in one. You can put the mixture into a carb smart tortilla or eat it by itself! I froze most of my fajitas to save for a quick, healthy meal later! I paired mine with some fresh roasted broccoli ๐Ÿฅฆ Servings: 5 Calories per serving: 278 cal Protein per serving: 32 g Carbs per serving: 10 g Ingredients: 1.5 lb chuck steak (cubed) 3 bell peppers 1 yellow onion 4 cloves garlic 1 packet fajita seasoning 1/2 Tbsp cinnamon 2 tsp chipotle chili powder Shredded cheddar cheese to taste Light sour cream to taste

Directions: 1. Prepare vegetables by slicing peppers and onion 2. Heat olive oil in skillet or pan over medium heat. Add peppers, onions, garlic, and steak and sautรฉ for 10โ€“15 mins until steak is no longer pink in the center 3. Add fajita seasoning, cinnamon, and chipotle chili powder to pan and cook for an additional 5 mins 4. Remove from pan and serve over a carb smart tortilla, or in a bowl all by itself. Enjoy! ๐Ÿ˜‹
