VEGGIE SAUSAGE BAKE (EASY) 🌭🥦🧅

😴 If you’re busy with work, school, or just life in general and need a super quick meal prep, this one’s for you!! ⏰ Making a sheet pan meal like this is also a great opportunity for a fridge clean-out for all those veggies that are about to go bad 😎 that’s what I did)



Servings: 4

Calories per serving: 234

Nutrients per serving: 21g protein, 19g carbs, and 8g fat


Ingredients: 

6 Chicken Sausage (I used the Apple bourbon flavor from Aldi)

1.5 bell peppers

1 head broccoli

1 red onion

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika 

1/2 tsp oregano

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes


Directions:

1. Cut sausages and vegetables into large chunks. Then line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, add all ingredients, spray with olive oil spray, toss well, then bake for 15-20 mins at 400F and enjoy 😋 That’s it!
